Make the oxide, sticky sand, flash burrs and dirt on it quickly fall off, and the surface of the workpiece will obtain a certain roughness of the smooth surface. In the cleaning process, the shot dust and debris from the falling industry are collected by the screw conveyor to the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the separator on the upper part of the equipment. The separated pure pellets fall into the shot storage bucket for recycling use by the shot blasting machine. The dust generated in the shot blasting cleaning is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the granular dust is captured and collected. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
