The principle of dust collector can be divided into four types: mechanical dust collector, wet dust collector, bag dust collector, electrostatic dust collector.
First, mechanical dust collector
The mechanical dust collector comprises a gravity settling chamber, an inertial dust collector and a cyclone dust collector.
The gravity chamber is suitable for trapping dust particles with a particle size greater than 50 microns.
The inertial dust collector is suitable for capturing dust particles with a particle size greater than 10 microns.
Cyclone dust collector is suitable for capturing dust particles with a particle size greater than 5 microns.
Two, wet dust collector
Wet dust collector includes spray tower, packing tower, sieve plate tower, water film dust collector, self-excited dust collector, Venturi dust collector.
The wet dust collector is suitable for capturing dust particles with a particle size of more than 1 micron.
The dust mass concentration entering the washing type dust collector (venturi, spray tower, etc.) should be less than 100g/m3.
The wet dust collector is not suitable for hydrophobic dust, combustible or explosive dust that is easy to scale after contact with water.
Three, bag type dust collector
The bag type dust collector includes mechanical vibration type, reverse airflow reverse blowing type and pulse jet blowing type.
The dust particle size is above 0.1 micron, the temperature is below 250℃, and the dust concentration is below 50g/m3.
When the flue gas enters the bag dust collector, the temperature should be more than 10℃ higher than the dew point temperature.
Fourth, electrostatic precipitator
Electrostatic precipitators include plate electrostatic precipitators and pipe electrostatic precipitators.
Electrostatic precipitator should be used to deal with high temperature flue gas with large air volume.
The electrostatic precipitator is suitable for particle control, and the particle size efficiency of 1~2 microns can reach 98%~99%.
Electrostatic precipitators are suitable for capturing dust with resistivity pictures.
